When I arrived the owner was friendly! Hotel had comfy beds. I enjoyed my coffee with goodies at the museum cafe. Welcome base for 3 nights.

We liked our stay. The idea to include microwave, an electric kettle and glassware in the deluxe apartment was nice. Don't forget to explore North Dunedin district.
